🌱 About the Program

This 6-session online Parent Coaching Program is designed for parents and carers of children under 16 with an NDIS plan.

Whether you're navigating big emotions, tricky routines, or communication challenges — this program gives you simple, visual tools that actually work at home.

Sessions are delivered via Zoom and available to families across Queensland and New South Wales.
Each session is 60 minutes and offered 1:1

📘 What You’ll Learn – Week by Week

  • Explore your child’s strengths, needs and NDIS goals. Learn how neurodiversity impacts learning, communication and emotional development.

  • Support your child’s emotions with calming tools, co-regulation, and routines that reduce overwhelm.

  • Create consistent visual routines to support independence, reduce stress, and manage transitions smoothly.

  • Strengthen communication — verbal and non-verbal — using modelling, visual aids, and responsive strategies.

  • Learn how behaviour communicates needs. Explore triggers, positive support techniques, and calm response planning.

  • Reflect on your progress, map your family’s supports, and set goals for continued growth.

👨‍👩‍👧 This coaching program is ideal for:

  • Parents and carers of children under 16 with an NDIS plan

  • Families supporting children with:

  • Autism

  • ADHD

  • Developmental delay

  • Speech or language needs

  • Intellectual disability

  • Families feeling overwhelmed or unsure how to best support their child at home

  • Participants with Core or Capacity Building funding under their plan

💰 Program Cost & NDIS Funding

  • Cost: $77 per session (billed weekly)

  • Program Length: 6 x 60-minute sessions

  • Delivery: Online via Zoom (QLD & NSW)

  • NDIS Line Item:
    15_038_0117_1_3 – Training for Carers/Parents

Most families can access this service with no out-of-pocket cost when this line item is included in their plan.

We can support you (or your Support Coordinator) to check eligibility and ensure sessions align with your child’s NDIS goals.
